Easy Taxi facilitates Companies’ Routines With the First Taxi App for Outlook

Easy Taxi, the taxi booking app with a global footprint, has just launched a new tool in the market: a version of the taxi app that is integrated to Microsoft’s email solution, Outlook. This new development now makes it possible to request a taxi within your Outlook email as soon as your calendar reminds you of a meeting. The solution is launched to optimize your arrival time to meetings, events, lunches, and other commitments.

The company created the feature with the same characteristics as the Web App, thus increasing more options through which users can book a cab. If the user would like to schedule a taxi, all they need to do is set up a notification that will be sent within Outlook.

We want to offer more and more convenience and practicality to our users,” claimed Dennis Wang, Global Co-CEO of Easy Taxi. “During office hours, Outlook already notifies the person of a meeting through a reminder, now in the same Calendar tool the person can request a taxi. It’s extremely simple!” explains Wang.
