Google has announced the 12 startups that will be joining its second edition of the Launchpad Accelerator Africa Class. The startups will be going to Google’s acceleration program house in Lagos, Nigeria where the startups from the first edition of the program graduated. The acceleration program will run for three months, and will feature intense training.
The startups get mentorship from over 20 teams from Google and 40 mentors from across nine countries that have partnered with Google for the Launchpad Accelerator program. The twelve startups are as follows:

For the second edition of the accelerator program, Google is reported to have received at least 250 applications, including from startups who graduated from the first edition of the program. Others were referred to the program by the Launchpad Accelerator mentors.
