So Microsoft released the latest version of Windows 10; the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, at the end of last month. 19 days into May, some people (actually most people) around the world are yet to get the update roll onto their system.
There is nothing strange about that! It simply is the fashion Microsoft chooses; roll out the new version in waves slowly over time. That way, their servers don’t get overwhelmed by so many computers around the world downloading files off them (the servers) at the same time. It is also a precautionary measure, just in case the update doesn’t work so well with some computers, the damage will not be so widespread, and the company can come in quickly with a fix before the newest version rolls over to everyone.
Funny things, for some users in some parts of the world, it will be months before the Windows 10 April 2018 Update rolls onto their system naturally. If you are eager to have this latest Windows 10 version, you are probably impatient and would prefer to have it yesterday.
