Redmond tech giant Microsoft has launched a mobile app to help large group and organization’s staff in Kenya to communicate easily with each other. Dubbed Kaizala, this app is designed to ease communication with a large group of users. It also comes in handy on other fronts like work management, reporting, and analytics.
Kaizala is integrated into the Office 365. Kaizala app goes beyond functioning as your typical chat app. Microsoft says it also enhances your business agility, teammates collaboration, and the total organization’s productivity.
Sebuh Haileleul, the Country General Manager for Microsoft East and Southern Africa, says the app tackles several challenges businesses in Africa deal with especially when managing staff remotely.
“Task workers working on construction sites, or in manufacturing plants, retail shops and other industries, typically don’t have a dedicated work space, computer or even email address. As a result, they generally use pen and paper, or unsecure consumer-messaging apps on their personal phones for work-related communications” explained Haileleul.
