Mozilla is one of those principal companies who, despite the increasing business value there is to mining users data, has kept off it and keeps in mind privacy and security. Indeed the Mozilla Foundation has championed various open source programs geared at boosting users online privacy and security. A case example is the Firefox browser, and now Firefox Send.
Firefox Send is a new file transfer service by the Mozilla Foundation that has just been graduated from the beta to stable channel. This new app allows users to share files from any browser safely, and simply over a free encrypted file transfer service.
The app will also be available on the Android mobile ecosystem, though as a beta program. Mozilla says Firefox Send offer high upload limits and greater control over the files you are sharing.
