On January 12th, Microsoft Is Ending The Support Of Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10

While being conservative and having a love for vintage things can be a good thing. When it comes to the Internet and your digital security, it is wise you always patch up all your software with the latest upgrades released by their developers.

These upgrades fix security loopholes, bugs and are intended to improve your experience while using the given application. That being said, Microsoft has announced that come January 12, it will be ending support for the Internet Explorer (IE), version 8, 9, and 10.

What this means, if you are still using IE 8, 9, or 10. Microsoft will no longer issue security updates or technical support for these IE versions. Should you still continue using these versions going forward, you will no longer be protected by Microsoft, and you will be highly vulnerable to hackers.

The oldest IE version that Microsoft will continue to support is the IE 11. Users are also highly encouraged to try out Microsoft’s recently introduced browser, Microsoft Edge. A browser specifically built for Windows 10.
