Internet TV ShowMax has set up its East Africa regional headquarter office in Nairobi, Kenya. The office is set up at the co-working space, Nairobi Garage at Westlands in Nairobi.
The co-working space, Nairobi Garage, has grown to become the biggest of co-working space in Kenya following the opening of a second branch at Westlands in Nairobi. Nairobi Garage now houses at least 100 businesses, including world renowned brands like Uber, Code for Africa, GeoPoll, TLcom, and Branch.
“We chose to base our operations at the Nairobi Garage for both practical and competitive reasons,” said Chris Savides, the Head of ShowMax Africa. “Practically, it’s a flexible space well-known for consistently delivering the services essential to running a business like ours. Competitively, we want to be plugged-in at the heart of digital entrepreneurship in the regions.”
Nairobi Garage is said to offer ShowMax both flexibility and value for money, in that it provides closer access to East Africa ecosystem of entrepreneurship. ShowMax is keen on leveraging on, learning from, and networking with the best entrepreneurs emerging from the East Africa region.
