The Redmond tech giant has a released a new variant Windows 10 Build 18282 for its Insider community to test. The new operating system is a Preview of features Microsoft intends to one day incorporate to its stable version of Windows 10.
This Build 18282 comes with a new twist, to what seems to be an opposite move to the general industry direction. You have probably realized that lately, most tech companies producing either operating system or application software have been including the dark mode. Where the ‘whiteness’ is toned down for a more grey-to-blackish lumination that makes it easy to view in dark rooms and at night.
However, Windows 10 Build 18282 comes with the exact opposite, called ‘Light Mode’ where things are brightened up.
“Ever since we introduced the ability to choose between light and dark in Windows 10, we’ve heard feedback asking for a truer separation between the two options,” says Microsoft.
