Jeffrey Siminoff has been hired as Twitter Inc.’s new Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. He joins Twitter from Apple Inc. where he served as the Director of Worldwide Inclusion and Diversity from September 2013 to date.

Twitter made this announcement via Twitter. Siminoff replaces Janet Van Huysse as Twitter’s VP of Diversity and Inclusion. Before joining Apple, Siminoff led an international diversity and inclusion campaign at Morgan Stanley for about three years. He is also among the founding members of the global LGBT leadership organization, Out Leadership.
